Privacy and data handling

This notice describes the proposed initial connection for Buried LLC PG001 Scheduler, operated by buried, LLC.（合同会社バリイド）. The application is in preparation for API review. This version does not claim that API authorization or data collection has already begun.

Scope

The application is for our company's own account, mtdackec. It does not accept public user registrations or request access to other people's accounts. It does not collect shoppers' names, addresses, payment details or order contents through this Pinterest connection.

Intended data and purposes

When the connection has been approved and enabled, the proposed scope is:

• The authorized account identifier and business-account status, to verify the intended account.
• Its own boards, selected Pin content and provider identifiers, to publish to the correct destination and reconcile uncertain outcomes.
• Its own aggregate Pin metrics, such as impressions and clicks, to report the stated experiment's performance.
• OAuth credentials and execution metadata needed to authenticate and operate the integration.

Access is limited to the owner's authorization. We do not request general-user Pin or Board access, follower profiling, ad management or competitor research. We do not solicit other users' Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

Storage and access

The intended operational records are held in the operator's controlled local runtime. Credentials are handled through the existing managed secret path and vault, separately from ordinary job records; they are not placed in public repositories or ordinary application logs.

Identifiers and reconciliation receipts are retained while needed to prevent duplicate actions. Experiment analytics are retained while needed for the declared experiment and its evaluation. This version does not promise an automatic deletion deadline that has not been implemented. Removal requests are assessed against operational necessity, applicable obligations and Pinterest's requirements.

Sharing and AI processing

We do not sell Pinterest account information. Selected content and the necessary API requests are sent to Pinterest for the authorized operation. The initial API connection does not forward Pinterest API responses to an external AI service. Separate content-generation tools use our own design inputs; they are not permission to train models on Pinterest data.

Any later workflow that sends API-derived analytics to an AI provider requires its destination, submitted fields, retention and training-use settings to be reviewed and this notice updated before that workflow is activated. This initial notice is not an authorization for that later transfer.

Revocation and requests

The account owner may revoke the integration through Pinterest's account settings. Revocation stops further authorized requests; retained operational records are reviewed separately. Questions and requests can be sent through the company enquiry form, which is linked from the operator's existing company website. The form is hosted by Google; opening it is optional and it is not embedded here. We may need to verify a requester before acting. The form's current delivery to staff has not been retested as part of this preparation.

This website

The website is goods.buried.ai, using Cloudflare Pages on the operator's existing Cloudflare account. Hosting entails Cloudflare processing request metadata such as IP addresses and user-agent information to serve and protect the site. The pages contain no application analytics scripts, advertising tags or embedded collection forms. The previously proposed GitHub Pages site is not used for this application.

Changes

The operator will update this notice before materially changing the connection's scope or data flow. The initial API application and this notice do not claim that later production use, additional account access or AI analytics processing has already been approved.
